Jeffers sells pet and livestock supplies including books, signs, egg cartons, health supplements, feeders etc. They have reasonable prices, with free shipping on orders over $60. I have ordered from here before and had a good experience.

Twin City Supply Poultry and Game Bird Supplier is one of my favorites! They sell LOTS of poultry equipment, from books and feeders to incubators and vaccines. They are very affordable! I buy my Mareks vaccine here.
